INSURANCE & PAYMENTS

Sessions are by appointment only. Our office accommodates our client’s schedules and offer early morning, day and evening appointments in addition to limited hours on Saturday.  The office is closed on Sundays. Initial sessions are schedule for 1hr. Each session after the assessment typically lasts for 45-50 minutes.

RATES:
$125 intake
$100 per individual session
$140 per family session 
$140 per couples session
$50 parent education workshops~

~Resident in Counseling

Individual Therapy

REDUCED RATES – CLINICAL STUDENT
(Mental Health Therapist Intern)
Option for those with high deductibles or no insurance

 ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:
Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, and zelle. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Client must cancel or reschedule their appointment 24hrs ahead of scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellation are charged $50. 

REQUESTS FOR COURT APPEARANCES:

It is the policy of BDCS that we interrupt the counselors schedules as little as possible as being available to clients for their sessions is of the utmost importance to us. 

Therefore, it is our policy that any court appearance is charged a flat fee of $1500.00 per day.  Additionally, one-half of the fee is due upon the receipt of a subpoena and the balance is due the day before the court appearance.

DOCUMENTATION REQUESTS:
BDCS will provide letters within two weeks as requested by the client for their attorney or court.  A fee of $25.00 for the copying of client notes will be charged to the client. FMLA/Medical paperwork will be completed after completing 4 therapy sessions: cost of completed forms $10.00,  Expedited paperwork/forms fee $10.00  and, Notarized paperwork/forms $10.00 fee.
